Refund policy

All Donations are final. Store items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.

  • WHEN do items need to be returned by?
    The time limit for returns within the USA is 60 days. International returns are only accepted within 30 days.
  • WHERE do items need to be returned to
    Items must be returned to: PO Box 121328, Arlington TX 76012
  • HOW to return items?
    Proof of return (pictures) must be submitted by email and items may be returned by USPS via “return to sender”
  • SHIPPING for returns?
    Shipping rates are refunded provided "return to sender" option is available. Otherwise, Buyer is responsible to pay for shipping the return.
  • CREDIT for returns?
    Credited monies will be placed on Debit/Credit Card or in Checking account from original purchase for returned item.
  • Packing materials?
    “Returned to sender” items must be in original packaging. If buyer pays to ship item there are no requirement.

Requirements

  • Explanation of return (i.e. – want a refund)
  • Items must be returned in unused/unmarked/sellable condition.
  • Items must be defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item.
  • Personalized items may not be returned for replacement or refund unless the personalization or item is defective.

Please allow 1-3 weeks for mailed returns to be received and processed. An e-mail confirmation will be sent once we receive your return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of order.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@tlvbiblesociety.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Print-on-Demand Products

The following items are fulfilled through a third-party print-on-demand service:

  • Pathways through Torah: A TLV Bible Study and Illustrated Journal

  • TLV Bible: Young Readers Edition

  • Biblical Feminism

Please note the following exceptions to our standard return and refund policy for these items:

  • No Refunds or Returns: All sales are final. Print-on-demand items cannot be refunded or returned once an order is placed.

  • Limited Cancellation Window: Orders for these items can only be canceled within 60 minutes of purchase. After that time, your order is automatically submitted for printing and cannot be canceled or changed.

  • Damaged or Misprinted Items: If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us at info@tlvbiblesociety.org with a description and clear photo evidence. We will review the issue and, if eligible, arrange a replacement.

By purchasing any of these print-on-demand products, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalized items such as embossed Bibles. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. International refunds are only accepted within 30 days.
