Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. This includes Jewish Biblical Holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Expectations

Print-on-Demand Shipping Times

Some items in our store are custom printed when you place your order. These products typically require 3–5 business days for production before shipping.

Please note:

  • Business days are Monday through Friday.

  • Production time begins the day after your order is placed. For example, if you place an order on Monday, production will begin Tuesday, and your item is expected to be printed between Thursday and the following Monday.

  • Your shopping cart will display the estimated production time specific to your item at checkout.

Once printing is complete, your item will ship according to the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

www.tlvbiblesociety.org ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses when USPS is chosen as the carrier. We do not ship internationally to PO Boxes.

 

Invalid Addresses

If an invalid shipping address has been provided for the order and is not able to be corrected via automatic address validation / verification, the order will be on-hold until the address can be verified via email, phone, or SMS. If contact is impossible, it will be under the discretion of www.tlvbiblesociety.org on how to handle the order.

 

Incorrect Addresses

If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost again to have the order resent. The order will remain on hold until the correct address is confirmed via email, phone, or SMS. If contact cannot be made, it will be under the discretion of www.tlvbiblesociety.org on how to proceed with the order.

If an order is delivered to the incorrect address provided at checkout and is not returned to the sender, www.tlvbiblesociety.org is not liable for re-sending or replacing the order. Re-shipment is only available if the package is returned to sender.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

Shopify Markets Pro will collect estimated customs and taxes applied to your order based on shipping region/country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages

www.tlvbiblesociety.org is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
