It's always thrilling for our team here at the Bible Society to see TLV Bibles "out in the wild." Whether it's at a coffeeshop, on a podcast, from a pulpit, or in someone's home library, seeing a Tree of Life Version never ceases to delight us. But it's especially exciting when we get to meet a whole new group of people who are just coming to understand the Hebraic roots of Scripture. Which is exactly what happened this past weekend! We were invited to make TLV Bibles available at the UPSET THE WORLD - WHOLE WOMEN Co. Conference by Tim and Juliette Ross. The entire crew over at Upset the World Studios has fallen in love with the TLV and you can catch Daniah on their popular podcast: The Basement with Tim Ross. We've also had Tim on TLV Talk previously, with Juliette guesting in the next few weeks! But this weekend was a special kind of event - one that truly touched our hearts.

Having been to hundreds of conferences, exhibitions, tradeshows, summits and more, we were extremely blessed to be able to launch a project dear to our hearts at the UTW/WWCo. Experience: the Book of Matthew Gospel Booklet. One of the foundational tenets of the Tree of Life Bible Society has always been to give away the Word of God. In the 14 years since our inception, we've given away hundreds and thousands of copies of the TLV Bible but recently we've had an overwhelming amount of requests for evangelistic give-away items like a single Gospel. So, we put our heads together and made it happen! Support from our donors made it possible to produce and print the all-new Gospel of Matthew Booklet! And every attendee of this weekend's conference received one to take home or give away to a friend! Hundreds of people from across the country showed up to the UTW/WWCo. conference with a deep hunger for the presence of God and by His divine grace, they all left satisfied and ready to share it with their own loved ones.

In between sessions, our team spent time with other lovers of the TLV, ministering and sharing the ancient paths that we've come to know through our work on the Tree of Life Version. Through both smiles and tears, the Ruach Ha-Kodesh was truly present among the attendees. And it was beautiful to see!

We heard story after story about how the TLV had recently become someone's favorite translation - giving them fresh revelation, new appreciation, and a deeper love for God's Word. And while cultivated with Jewish sensibilities in mind, the TLV was not made solely for Jewish readers. It was made for everyone! Which is why it was such a fun time to see a new demographic of Bible-readers come to love the Tree of Life Version! The majority of the attendees were people of color, from Pentecostal or non-denominational backgrounds who were just beginning to dip their toes into the Hebraic origins of the Bible. When opening our Tree of Life Family Bible, many were moved with emotion to see their own physical characteristics represented in our Biblical Art collection. Our goal was to have historically accurate and ethnically diverse images so that every reader can find themselves in the pages of the Bible and know that they are all made in the image of God. It was such a joy to know that we had done just that.

And of course, Daniah floated around the conference giving away booklets and hugs to everyone who wanted one. We are so honored to have been a part of this experience and look forward to seeing more fellow Bible-lovers at more conferences in the DFW Metroplex in 2026!
